Novellene agrees to provide high-resolution, edited digital images of the property requested by the Client. The shoot will focus on capturing the property in its current, staged condition.

Please review the following terms regarding the photography services provided by Novellene Real Estate Photography.

Property Readiness
The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is cleaned, decluttered, and staged before the scheduled appointment. Novellene is not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, or altering the structure of the property.
Artistic Editing Style & Deliverables
Editing Approach
All images are edited at the sole discretion of Novellene to achieve a bright, clean, and polished look consistent with Novellene’s portfolio.
Included Editing
Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustment, contrast enhancement, and vertical straightening.
Excluded Edits
Retouching to disguise known property defects (e.g., driveway cracks, wall blemishes, power lines) is not included in the standard fee, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for an additional fee.
Final Output & Revisions
Novellene will deliver edited JPEG images via digital download. No RAW files released. Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustment) allowed within 48 hours. Extensive re-editing is subject to charges.
Prohibited Editing
The Client may not edit, filter, or alter the images provided by Novellene without prior written consent, except for minor cropping or resizing for marketing purposes.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Ownership
Novellene retains full copyright and ownership of all images.
License
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing the property (MLS, social media, print flyers) until the property is sold or the listing agreement expires.
Third-Party Transfer
Images may not be sold or given to stagers, builders, or other third parties without permission.
Payment & Delivery
- Delivery: Images will be delivered within 24-48 hours of the photoshoot.
- Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of the images. Images will be watermarked until full payment is received.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot will incur a $50 fee. If the property is not ready, resulting in a reshoot, the Client will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee.
Liability
Novellene is not responsible for photos lost due to equipment malfunction, or for any damage caused to the property during the shoot, excluding gross negligence.
